About
Peter Khrinenko has extensive appellate experience, including knowledge of appellate procedure, as well as skillful brief writing and oral arguments. His involvement with appellate practice started early in his career when he interned for Judge Robert Lifson, a prominent New York judge, who was later appointed to the appellate bench.
Mr. Khrinenko constructs concise but forceful arguments based upon skillful, in-depth legal research, as well as comprehensive factual analysis. Over the last 20 years, he has successfully argued dozens of appeals in the appellate courts of New York and New Jersey, as well as in the federal Second Circuit Court of Appeals. He has approximately 60 published cases, and was featured on the first page in the New York Law Journal’s article regarding a ground-breaking decision involving vehicle owners’ legal duties. His experience encompasses a wide range of legal issues, including complex procedural issues, liability, insurance coverage and discovery issues, some of which were novel and created new legal principles.
